BSSI Attends Quarterly Peer Business Meeting

As a business owner, I find it refreshing to meet with my peers from across United States to not only stay on top of technology, but to find what issues others are facing, industry best practices and better ways we can educate our clients regarding these matters. I just returned from the 4 day quarterly meeting with a lot of great ideas on how we can better take care of our clients. I met a lot of great speakers including Patrick Thean; Dave Crenshaw, author of The Myth of Multitasking; Larry Schulze; Robin Robins, David Meerman Scott the author of “The New Rules of Marketing & PR”; Randy Schwants author of ”The Wedge”; and Jim Camp the author of “NO: The Only Negotiating Strategy You Need for Work and Home”. Mr. Camp had the opportunity of working with Woody Hayes several times as a negotiation coach. (Go Bucks!) In addition, I met hundreds of small business owners across the US who have a strong desire to help each other succeed. I was very blessed with the experience and I am excited about implementing some of these ideas to better serve our clients. Here a couple of pictures for the seminar.
