The BSSI Way
Our Mission:
To make I.T. as easy as possible for our clients who rely heavily on email, Internet and computers to run their organization and do not want the added cost of hiring a fulltime computer technician.
“Computers and technology should be a transparent tool that facilitates the success, profitability and efficiency of an organization and not impede its progress.” Diana L. Spurgus
Letter from the President
Dear Colleague:
Thank you for visiting the BSSI website. If you are seeking a solid computer service provider with whom you can partner, you have found the right organization! I guarantee it!
I was once in your shoes!
Prior to incorporating BSSI in 1997, I was in your shoes. I was in a leadership role that was responsible for making sure the computer network was up and running at all times – safe and problem free. I interviewed many computer service guys and gave several of them a shot at the work. It was a scary process. I didn’t know who to trust. It was difficult to tell ahead of time if the computer guy was qualified and would be reliable… many of whom claimed to be, but were not. I am amazed still to this day at how many computer companies there are. I guess I shouldn’t be because this industry is not regulated by any governing body so any individual or company can refer to themselves as a computer professional or expert unlike the medical and legal professions.
It is because of that horrific experience I founded BSSI and started a “one company revolution” dedicated to this industry and our clients!
That was over 12 years ago and since that time we have helped hundreds of small businesses. I love what our organization accomplishes for our clients! We work hard for our clients and we treat them the way we want to be treated. We pride ourselves in not only taking care of their computer needs, but understanding their business as well because the two go hand-in-hand … they are inseparable. When a client contacts our office to compliment our services, that is all the personal gratification I need. You might want to take a minute to review a few of the comments our clients have made.
This business is about trust and relationships!
Trust and relationships are what this business is all about. How do we build trust and develop a relationship? Our organizations have to get to know each other. To give each of us a non-committal way of getting to know each other, we invite you to sign up for our 101 Point Problem Prevention Network Assessment. We will notify you if you qualify for a free assessment valued at $480.
The assessment will be conducted at your site by one of our certified engineers who will pinpoint any vulnerabilities to viruses, hackers, data loss, or spyware and to show you how you can get better performance, speed, reliability and LIFE out of your existing computer network.
While you’re here, I also recommend that you review our “Top 12 Reasons Why You Should Choose BSSI As Your IT Provider” so you can see why so many organizations trust us to give them the support they need.
We want your business. We guarantee you will be glad you selected us!
We are dedicated to your success!
